The sunny lounge overlooks the courtyard at the front of the cottage and the gardens and sitting out areas to the rear.
It is equipped with:

Kitchen
The kitchen benefits from a breakfast bar which overlooks the garden and the fields beyond.
It is equipped with an electric cooker and microwave oven, a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Coffee maker, toaster and kettle, crockery, cutlery and incidentals are supplied.
Bedroom
Incorporates two single beds which can be converted into a double bed if guests so wish.
The room is fitted with bedside tables, wardrobes and a dressing table.
All towels (except beach towels) are supplied.
Bathroom
The bathroom is fully tiled.
It includes a ‘P’ shaped bath with power shower over.
In the summer months the heated towel rail can be operated independently of the central heating system.
Outside
The gardens and sitting out areas are on the same level and are thus wheelchair friendly.
Immediately outside the door is a level paved area which accommodates a double garden seat.
This area has the advantage of the sun during the evening.
There is a second seating area which comprises a patio table and chairs. A barbecue is available for those sunny times when guests can eat outdoors should they choose to do so.
Gravelled and lawned areas surround the patio and are interspersed with shrubs.
