General
The guest accommodation at Stockhurst comprises two cottages - Aspen and Spindle. Both cottages have only very recently been developed and are fitted out to an excellent standard. Each cottage has its own private garden area with barbecue. The cottages can each accommodate two guests; we regret that we are unable to accommodate children under 15 yrs or animals in the cottages. The cottages are intended for occupancy by guests who wish to cater for themselves, however we will provide new guests with a ‘welcome pack’ of food and drinks upon arrival.

The cottages are situated around a courtyard which is adjacent to the main house.
The courtyard is paved which provides easy level access to the cottages. Pot gardens
have been developed around the courtyard and these are planted with palms as well
as other shrubs.
Less Mobile Guests
The cottages have been designed with less mobile guests in mind, with the following features.
- Access to both cottages is via a level paved courtyard.
- All accommodation is on the same level and there are no stairs.
- Doorways are wider than normal and all sockets are at a height which enables easy access.
- ‘Aspen’ cottage with its wet room and ‘Clos o Mat’ toilet is particularly suitable for less mobile guests.
- Gardens and sitting out areas are on the same level and paths are of a suitable width to enable easy access for guests in wheelchairs.
